GET ON THE BROWN CO PUBLIC HEALTH WAIT LIST

- Brown County Public Health is now focusing most of their vaccination efforts on the 65 and older population.
- If people over age 65 would like to be put on the Brown County Public Health wait list they can complete an online survey.
- Completing this survey is not a registration or an appointment. It is an opportunity to be on a wait list. When vaccine is available, Brown County Public Health will use the waitlist to contact individuals by random selection through their preferred choice of communication that they indicate in the survey.
- If those over 65 do not have access to technology to complete the survey a family member or friend can complete it for them.
- For those that do not have any way to complete the online survey, Brown County Public Health will have volunteers that can assist them with that from 9 AM – 1 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays each week. The number to call for assistance is 507-233-6820.
