Electricity / Water / Sewer

The City provides electricity, water, and sewer. You will need to come to the City Office to sign-up for these utilities. Please bring your drivers license for ID. You will also be required to give a deposit at the time of signing up. 

Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill:
• Paying with check – leave in drop box (please do not place cash in the drop box)

Sleepy Eye and Xpress Bill Pay have partnership provides many choices to manage your utilities account. You can setup automatic payments, access account history, payment history and much more. Natural Gas

Center Point Energy is the natural gas provider to the residence of Sleepy Eye. You will have to contact them yourself to start and to end service.

Garbage & Recycling Collection

RVS is the provider for garbage and recycling collection service in Sleepy Eye. When you sign up for electricity, water, and sewer the City will also sign you up for garbage collection. The fee for garbage collection will appear on your utility bill.
