If you are an RVS Customer living in the city limits of our Brown County area and would like a Recycling Cart, please call our office to request one.
Rural brown county residents are asked to haul their recycling to a local recycling drop box Sleepy Eye – Schutz Family Foods Parking Lot. Our co-mingle recycling gets shipped to Dem-Con Materials Recovery Facility in Shakopee, MN. This is a 70,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art processing facility located conveniently off HWY 169. |

BROWN COUNTY sanitary landfill
THIS SITE IS FOR BROWN COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY.
The Brown County Sanitary Landfill is open Monday - Saturday. This facility serves all waste haulers in the county and private citizens from the county. This state-of-the-art landfill also accepts, for a fee, appliances and tires for recycling.
